Experiential Programs for Founders
In my role as Director of Faculty and Programs at Leaders in Tech, I help leaders of high growth tech companies grow as individuals to tackle the most pressing challenges and opportunities in their businesses. Leaders develop essential interpersonal skills that help them strengthen relationships, both professional and personal, resulting in greater connection and influence.
Stanford Interpersonal Dynamics
I help students develop the ability to forge strong relationships with others, crucial to becoming more effective managers in today’s complex, global and highly interdependent organizations.
I’ve worked with students since 2020 in an advanced facilitator capacity.
A little bit about me
My leadership mantra — Elevate people, always — inspires me to support executives and students to evolve their leadership style and reach. I look at clients holistically, using a varied coaching toolkit to effect lasting change. I aim to unlock deeper insight and achieve progress through iterative experimentation and reflection.
I work with early-stage founders and senior executives at large companies (from CEO and C-suite executives to leaders in Finance, Marketing, Operations and other functional areas). My coaching engagements last 18 months on average.
Prior to coaching and facilitating, I’ve had a 20-year career journey, working in high-performing teams at global companies - from The Boston Consulting Group, to Disney, Walmart, Apple and Meta. This has given me first-hand experience working with executives with varied leadership styles and management practices. As a result, I’ve developed a visceral understanding of different work cultures in fast-moving organizations and a keen sense for effective and enduring leadership.
I am certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute, trained as an advanced group facilitator with Stanford Business School, and received an MBA from Stanford in 2013.
